Churros are a Spanish-style fresh spin on donuts that are piped into straws. They can be dipped in chocolate or fruit sauces, or even filled!

|Granulated sugar||40 grams|
|Vegetable Oil||60 grams|
|All-purpose Flour||100 grams|
|Natural Cinnamon Flavour WONF BD222||3 grams|
Additional oil for frying and sugar for rolling
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine water, sugar, salt, vegetable oil and Cinnamon flavour. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Stir in flour until mixture forms a ball.
- Heat oil for frying in deep-fryer or deep skillet to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Pipe strips of dough into hot oil using a pastry bag. Fry until golden; drain on paper towels.
- Roll drained churros in sugar. Serve with chocolate or strawberry sauce.
