Raspberry Coconut Sorbet
Perfect for a summer post-dinner dessert, this light and airy sorbet is nut, gluten and dairy free!
Servings: 8 x ½ cup servings
|Coconut Milk (full fat)||635 grams|
|Raspberries (fresh or frozen)||254 grams|
|Vanilla BD00805||3 grams|
|Raspberry Coconut Flavour BD 07380||5 grams|
Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until completely pureed. Make according to your ice cream maker’s instructions. Freeze to “ripen” the flavor for at least a few hours before serving.
